Walking in the Word.
The goal of this initiative is to encourage and challenge each believer to memorize and apply one Bible text every week. Each month we will have a theme and we will memorize the texts under that theme; the New King James Version of the Bible will be used. Listen in on the Global Prayer Line, each Thursday at 6 am as we go through these texts. The number is (712) 432-0075, pin code 607372#.

September Theme and Texts
Theme: Building Heathy Relationships
How important is it for us to build healthy relationships?
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:35-36).

September 22-28, “Single and Want to be Married.”
1 Corinthians 7:7-9: “I wish everyone could get along without marrying, just as I do. But we are not all the same. God gives some the gift of marriage, and to others he gives the gift of singleness. Now I say to those who aren't married and to widows - it's better to stay unmarried, just as I am. But if they can't control themselves, they should go ahead and marry. It's better to marry than to burn with lust.”
September 29-October 5, “Married and Want to be Single.”
Matthew 19:8: “He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.”
Conclusion: 1 Corinthians 13: 4-9, “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.”
