EVENT: Northeastern Conference of SDA Health Ministries Seventh Nutrition and Wellness Training
DATE AND LOCATION: Thursday October 6-9 at Camp Victory Lake, Hyde Park, New York
DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: This four-day seminar is packed with cutting-edge information on healthy relationships, nutrition, meal preparation, menu planning, food presentation and hands-on preparation of Vegetarian and Raw Food Dishes. There will be a Certified Fitness Trainer who will help you show you how to get fit and develop a simple, consistent home fitness program. This will be a holistic encounter where you will experience the powerful, rejuvenating, and healing presence of Jesus.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Youth and adults who are interested in their health, in learning to prepare vegetarian and raw food dishes, in increasing their knowledge in the importance of good nutrition, in having a relaxing, informative and transformational experience.
FEATURED PRESENTERS: Dr. June Smith and Dr. Pollyanna Prosper—Barnes; Experienced Chefs Moses, Phyllis, Nutritionist Marlene McKinney, Raw Food Specialists; Dr. Malaki; Clifford Sharp & Aisha Edwards; Chef C. Baker; Maureen-Kellman Barnes, Fitness Instructor.
SCHEDULE: Thursday October 6, 2011 5PM through Sunday October 9, 2 PM.
REGESTRATION AND FEES: Covers seminar, material, housing and meals. Early registration up to September 10, 2011 is as follows:
- Full Event (Thursday - Sunday) - $225.00 with housing & $100 without housing.
- Half Event (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) - $100.00; Sabbath Only - $75.00
- Late registration September 11-30, 2011, is $275.00

LODGING: Our on-campus participants stay in the Irons Motel or the Cabins. The rooms in the motel are triple occupancy. If you arrange a roommate, please indicate on your registration form, otherwise a roommate will be chosen for you. The Cabins houses 5 or 6 people.
CANCELLATION: If you cannot attend, you may cancel with a 75% refund before September 20, 2011. After September 20, 2011, please arrange someone to attend in your place.
TRANSPORTATION: For those arriving Camp Victory Lake by car, if you need directions, please call our office at (718) 291-8006, ext. 2240 or 2231. If you are using mapquest, the destination address is: 277-297 Crum Elbow Road, Hyde Park, New York 12538.
For those arriving in Poughkeepsie by train, you may make arrangement with a Camp Victory Lake staff member for pick up at (845) 229-8851.
If you need transportation from New York City please inform us in advance, so we can make arrangement bus for you at a cost of ______.
